anti-human Factor XIII, A-subunit IgG, Host Rabbit

Description
Rabbits were immunized with recombinant human blood coagulation factor XIII (full length protein with N-terminal hexahistidin-tag). The IgG fraction of immunserum was isolated by affinity chromatography.

Specificity    
Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, and Pig.

Presentation
500 µg antibody lyophilized from 200 μL 0.02 M Tris-HCl buffer pH 8.0, 0.028 M NaCl, 2 mg/mL human serum albumin, azide free.

Working dilutions    
Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. E. g. for Western-Blotting: 1 / 500 to 1 / 5,000 should be suitable

Storage    
Stable for a minimum of 2 years at –20°C as lyophilized powder.
Delivery at ambient temperature is possible
