murine MAb against human tissue factor, 0.5 mg vial, lyophilized

This antibody has negligible effect on procoagulant activity and human TF/FVII binding. At 10 μg/mL it fails to inhibit the clotting of human plasma induced by purified human brain tissue factor and factor VII association and it only weakly inhibits binding of labeled human factor VII to J82 cells. This antibody reacts strongly in Western blots of fully reduced and denatured human tissue factor.
