This antibody recognizes an epitope within amino acids 1-25 of human Tissue Factor (TF, CD142). This antibody neutralizes the procoagulant activity of Tissue Factor, most likely by interfering with Factor VII binding to Tissue Factor . The antibody was conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate at a molar ratio of 3.4 : 1 (Fluorescein : Protein).
