NAC-PAC® N30 contains the necessary reagents — NAC-PAC RED, N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NALC), NALC Diluent (separate item), NPC-67® Neutralizing Buffer, and PRB™ Pellet Resuspension Buffer—for use in the qualitative digestion and decontamination procedure of clinical specimens for the recovery of Mycobacterium spp.
