Assay revisions: Metanephrine/Normetanephrine plasma ELISA

We have been informed by LDN that there are assay revisions of the following kits

Metanephrine Plasma ELISA Fast Track	BA E-8100
Metanephrine Plasma ELISA Fast Track (RUO)	BA E-8100R
Normetanephrine Plasma ELISA Fast Track	BA E-8200
Normetanephrine Plasma ELISA Fast Track (RUO)	BA E-8200R
2-MET Plasma ELISA Fast Track	BA E-8300
2-MET Plasma ELISA Fast Track (RUO)	BA E-8300R

which will affect the assays to some extent.

Beside some editorial changes the following chapters had been modified:

· Chapter 4.1: BA E-0080, BA R-8312, BA R-8313, BA R-8326: Hazard labelling updated according to Safety Data Sheet

· Chapter 7.1: Hint added regarding clonidine suppression test

· Chapter 9.1: Recovery updated

· Chapter 10: References updated

These revisions will be effective with the IFU versions 21.0 (please refer to the attachments) and with lot numbers 230707.
